At a source reported time of 23:20 UTC on 6 September 2026, a post on the WarFront Witness Telegram channel relayed what it described as an urgent evacuation warning for residents of Deir al-Zahrani in Lebanon. Later posts on the same channel reported that the road to Deir Zahrani had been closed and reported footage of an Israeli airstrike on Deir Zahrani.

At a source reported time of 16:49 UTC on 6 September 2026, a post on the Abu Ali Express in English channel reported a series of airstrikes by Israeli fighter jets in the city of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon.

At a source reported time of 17:30 UTC, a post on the Clash Report channel reported that Israeli fighter jets carried out a series of strikes in the Nabatieh area of southern Lebanon, with extensive attacks reported there since the morning.

At a source reported time of 16:50 UTC, a post on the Rerum Novarum Intel channel reported that Israeli airstrikes hit the center of Nabatieh city in southern Lebanon and described bunker busters as used, indicating in the relay's words a possible assassination attempt.

The Deir al-Zahrani warning as relayed

The 23:20 UTC WarFront Witness relay said the IDF had issued an urgent evacuation warning to residents of Deir al-Zahrani in Lebanon following what the relay described as a Hezbollah drone attack against Israeli forces.

The same relay said the IDF said it intended to strike what it identified as a Hezbollah facility in the area and said it does not intend to harm civilians. It said residents inside a building marked in red on an accompanying map, as well as those in surrounding buildings, were instructed to evacuate immediately and to move at least 300 metres away from the designated area.

That reading stays inside what the relays state. The warning relay attributes language about a Hezbollah drone attack, a Hezbollah facility and intent not to harm civilians to the IDF, as repeated by the channel. The drone observation post contains the channel's own surmise about surveillance before renewed bombardment.
